Hello All,

I was wondering if you all could give me some ideas of things to do in Boston during the winter. I use to live in upstate NY and we would basically drink the winter away. Now that I am older, I am looking for some more constructive ideas. I've started a list:

1. Celtics games
2. Bruins games
3. Pats games (ha)
4. Shop
5. F1 Boston (kart racing)
6. Theater shows
7. Museums
8. Movies

Thanks in advance,
GA

You can come shovel my driveway when it snows.

I'm not really sure what people do in the winter up here. College football keeps me busy during the fall and early winter, after that i'm just waiting for spring and summer to come.

Hmmm.... freeze, repeatedly slip on the ice, pay incredibly high heating costs, buy and apply ice-melt, almost get into car accidents, deal with angry rude people, hire a snow plow for your driveway, shovel and shovel and shovel, get caught in a snow storm, oh and freeze.

Plus? Snow ball fights!

Sorry, I couldn't resist. That's pretty much how I spent this past (and last) winter here.

You could ice skate at the rink on Boston Common.

The F1 kart racing is a great idea. I love that place.
