I don't know of any specific groups of fans that meet up at a Boston area bar. Baseball is a bit different than other sports, such as NFL football, College football and European soccer. In the case of the latter 3, there are several Boston bars that cater to a whole slew of fan bases.
I am sure she could easily find a sports bar that would put the Reds game on if they were to go out.

you probably won't find a meeting place fo Reds fans unless they make the playoffs. A 162 game season lacks the urgency and consistency of wanting to get together and cheer on your team in comparisson to college football or professional football. Maybe you could find a Bengals group online somewhere and then see if anyone wants to watch the Reds by extension?
