Hello I am going to Boston soon.

Are there any good anti-social attractions to check out there, like the Mob Museum in Vegas, Crime and Punishment museum in DC and Eastern State Penn in Philadelphia?

Most attractions in Boston are anti-social (long lines, too crowded, high prices) but I can't think of any that are anti-social in the way you mean. There's some kind of "Haunted Boston" tour around Halloween time.

How about the Salem Witch Museum in Salem? (I haven't been there, so I can't say whether it's good.)

What about the museum of bad art?

The Museum Of Bad Art (MOBA)

You can stay at the Liberty Hotel, which is a renovated jail.
