I am hoping someone here can help me, please.

I am looking to buy a Boston condo in the next year or so and I'm looking for a building that allows my pets. I do drive. I have 3 pets; 2 cats and an 80 lb dog. I need to live near a dog park. I would like the area to be safe and clean. My office will be in the Financial District.

Any suggestions for neighborhoods/buildings?

Thank you!

There are a lot of condo buildings in Boston. Some are big and some are small. Do you have a preference between a hi rise and maybe a four uh not brownstone or perhaps something in between? Pet rules vary widely between buildings and it's just something to ask about when you see a unit for sale that interests you. It's hard to just pick a building and wait for the right unit to come up for sale. What kind of budget are you trying to stick to? That will dictate a lot.

I'm looking to stay around 500K but will bump it up if I must. My biggest concern is safety; My SO is not native to the area (I am but haven't lived in Boston in many years) and I want to make his introduction into what is a new culture for him, a positive one.
