You'll be fine. If you have a job, and can post on this forum, you'll be able to find a job there. People get by. Humans are resourceful. Unless you have a major underlying mental disoerder or anxiety dealing with life situations, just go for it.

Interesting. On another message board somebody asked about rents and such for their son who was *moving to Boston without a job in X weeks*. I wonder if the OP is the same person.
