I would like to live in Studio by myself so i don't bother anyone and no one bothers me, but if there are no Studios available i wouldn't mind to have roommates.

Look on Craigslist. $800 is an average room cost with 2-3 roommates in less desirable/less updated neighborhoods. Craigslist is used pretty frequently.
