Agree. There is no argument here...what landlords should do be law is a different story than what they are doing. Sometimes laws a stupid. And yes kids can be a negative in someone's home so get over it. Not everyone likes kids.

If you aren't prepared to rent to kids knowing that you legally have no choice (unless it's an owner occupied two family home) then you shouldn't be a landlord.

Bottom lines there are ways around this and you all know it. Many businesses out there are cash only and people don't pay taxes...thats way worse than this. Newsflash-not everyone obeys the law.
