i am moving to boston from worcester,Ma..and i am transferring into Blaine beauty school on west street...i want to know where i can find an affordable apartment with roommates around that area. or any area around it but i will like to know what line(i.e green,orange,silver etc) goes directly to west street in boston. please i need help ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!..because my school starts on May 12th and i need to find a job and a place to live before then. Please i am looking for as much help as possible...if theres any1 out there that can help me i will highly appreciate it.!!!!!!!!..thanx Marian

west st is near downtown crossing. While there are no stops directly at west st, the green line (Boylston station), red and orange line (downtown crossing stop) and the silver line (Temple Place or Chinatown stops) would be the closest stops. The areas right around there tend to be more expensive, but you could try and look in the Fenway area out the green line to find cheaper places. You might be able to find a good deal on a sublet around there when the schools get out for the semester.
