Well, he was advised the man couldn’t breathe and was notified of the man’s mother the second he showed up, before he even touched the man - the man had an MO whenever cops showed up as evidenced in his prior arrest video. And the man would still be very much alive and crippling and killing everyone around him with fentanyl he’s been peddling thanks to the revolving door of justice that spins even faster than ours had he not decided to shove it down his own throat in order to avoid being arrested. Fentanyl peddler choking on his own wares - some poetic justice right there!

Negligently allowing somebody to die can qualify as Manslaughter.

They arrested a 15 and 16 year old girl with firearms after a shots fired call in Roxbury the other day. 2 people were shot in Roxbury tonight. With no police leadership, and what amounts to no schools for over a year for most black/Latino 16-18 year olds, no DYC, and an interim mayor it’s pretty much guaranteed to be nasty in the inner city.

There’s been a lot of teen handgun arrests, kids 16 and younger.

Also as for Lenox street...go by Ramsay park at 4 am. I promise you Someone is standing watch in Adidas sneakers in the Park near Harrison Ave. Gentrification doesn’t matter to them.

They can charge whatever they want, however the variable is what they can prove. In most states Manslaughter requires some level of commission of or intent to commit an unlawful act that leads to an unintended death or a murderous act coupled with some sort of psychological disturbance defense. Those facts would have to be proven to satisfaction of a jury. The big question is was he in the commission of an unlawful act that resulted in the death. Perhaps they can establish a federal civil rights violation, or unlawful use of excessive force. But they have to prove that.

But would he have choked without the actions of Chauvin and the inaction of his peers? And were those actions lawful? Big questions and difficult to say without all the facts.

Chances are he would not have if he didn't do his usual go to hospital instead of jail "I can't breathe, mommy!" schtick before the cops even touched him. You know, boy who cried wolf. Also, gulping down all that fentanyl didn't help either. Chauvin, as much of a piece of **** that he is, did not kill Saint Fentanylus. Saint Fentanylus killed Saint Fentanylus.

Floyd was the scum of the earth, just pull up his arrest record, he belonged in prison but this worked out even better, he died of a drug overdose.

Very difficult to enforce these things. It sucks if you live in a dense area like C-town or the North End and have some of these lunatics trampling in and out, in proximity to your home. Like living next to a flop house.
