Greek style pizza was once plentiful in Boston, usually under the name of some "house" of pizza. Most of those places are gone. The only ones that still come to mind are Andrew Sq. Pizza, University Pizza, and maybe a couple over in Mattapan. There might be something in Allston/Brighton I'm forgetting about. Oh, and Rome Pizza in South End remains, and I guess Nicole's in is close to Greek, but he's Lebanese. I also think there might still be a place on Dot Ave approaching Ashmont too. Any others I'm forgetting?

Mattapan House of Pizza (in Mattapan Square) and Hyde Park House of Pizza (in Roslindale, near by the Walgreens where Trial 4 happened) still exist. Then there is Vikos Pizza and Ribs in Hyde Park that makes Greek Style, right on River Street and Wood Ave.

I think Stash's makes greek-style Pizza (Blue Hill Ave and Columbia Road + 1 other spot). Im not sure because if the owners are Greek i don't order pizza. Its that bad.

Okay then, since the C-D pizza lovers are attuned to this thread....New York Pizza has been around since I can remember on Tremont in the old "Zone" and on Mass ave in the South End. What kind of pizza is THAT, and does it live up to its name?

So much for "Boston" pizza I guess. Everything there (to including Regina???) is apparently a knock-off of either New York or NEW HAVEN pizza? What would I do without this forum?

Yeah I disagree that Regina is NY pizza, I say it's Boston style pizza. NY doesn't have a monopoly on all pizza and New Haven who? lol If Yale weren't there would anybody outside CT care about it?

I am not a huge pizza person to be honest. So many things I'd rather eat than cheese and sauce on top of dough. The kind I like tends to have weird flavors aka squash, ricotta and cranberry. Ember has an awesome blueberry, prosciutto and goat cheese pie.

New Haven Apizza is well-known and superior.
