I live in western MA right now unfortunately....I lost my non-drivers ID, and it is a VERY long drive, especially when I have to get someone nice enough to drive me to the DMV to get a new one. I have tried several times to get one mailed to me but for some reason, they just don't want to make it easy for me!! Is it possible to get my ID number and expiration date through online records? There has to be.....The people at the DMV are not very nice and will not help me what so ever with my problem. Maybe I am just catching the same lady every day, who seems to be always having a bad day, but PLEASE.... DOES ANYONE HAVE ONE ANY ANSWERS FOR ME???? Would be greatly appreciated. Thankyou!!

I've never had a problem ordering a replacement drivers license online. But no, they will not give out your id number and expiration date out because then anyone could get that information and use it for ID theft. You should be able to order a new ID online or by phone if you have a debit or credit card to pay for it and will would only be mailed to the home address that is on file with them.

Is there a problem with you being able to pay with a debit or credit card? Has your address changed in the meantime?

Where are you located? Are you sure that there isn't an RMV center near you?
