Hello Everyone!

I am looking for any recommendations/advice on securing a part-time job in Boston.

Some Information:

1. I'm a graduate student looking to work about 12-18 hours per week.
2. I'm open to many types of jobs (from Trader Joe's to UPS to shops/restaurants, etc.).
3. My apartment is in Brighton (right on the border with Brookline).
4. Right now, I'm not interested in anything "campus-oriented" unless I the job will be "open" during student holidays. A non-campus job would actually be ideal since it would allow for a different social circle.

*Any inside information on how to land a part-time job in Boston is also welcomed.

Thank you in advance for any and all help!

Hi. Good luck with your search. I am also a grad student and I work on tutor.com as a tutor. Its great since I can make my own hours and work from home! I doubt that they are currently hiring, but I would imagine that as school starts again, they will be looking. Good luck!

Thank you! I'll look into that.

Does anyone have any other suggestions? Feel free to share/offer advice.
