hello all,
I have accepted a job in Everett I need to find a place to rent now. Is this really possible at this time? I am looking to spend about 1200 or less a month for a two bedroom. I was thinking about malden or Lowell any suggestions would be appreciated. I know it may be hard to find an apartment since colleges will be back in session soon.
Thanks in advance

It should be easy enough to find a place in or near Everett. It helps if you aren't a student. One idea is to find a room for rent until October, then look.

I'd recommend Downtown Malden (mainly due to the T) over Everett or Lowell. But none of them will be affected by the student influx.
