I came across this company during my apartment search, however I couldn't find on their website whether or not they charge broker's fees. Is anyone familiar with this company? If so, do they charge fees?

Generally, fees are charged not according to agency, but according to apartment. It all depends on whether or not the owner of the apartment is willing to pay a fee. All brokerages charge a fee of 1 months rent. The only difference is who pays it. There are some unscrupulous agencies who attempt to charge more than one month's rent, but without the knowledge of parties involved. I have a colleague who used to work at Modern (same owners as Jacobs and NextGen), and he said that they used to do it all the time. So, I would encourage you to look out for that, otherwise, know that the fee generally does not vary agency to agency, but rather apartment to apartment, and often times, it's the better apartments from private landlords that have fees attached. If someone tries to charge you a fee for a Fineberg property, they're probably scamming you by the way.
