I've been here for a few months and dealt with cooking grocery store beef. However, I've got a special occasion coming up and I'd like to get some nice, thick, premium steaks and I don't know where to get them. Does anyone have a recommendation for a butcher or meat shop that they want to share in this area? I'd like to be able to walk there, but if you know one somewhere else in town, let me know too.

I cant personally recommend anything in your immediate area, but my go-to is Lionette's in the South End. 100% Local and Grass Fed. Here is the link (
