I will be tuna fishing off of Cape Cod and I am trying to find a company that will package my fish and ship it back to Texas. Any suggestions?

Chicken of the sea? Sorry, couldn't resist.

Are you going on a charter? If so, they could probably arrange that for you. If not, I would call one of the charter companies and see what they suggest.

I am going on a charter. They told me to bring and icechest and carry it on the plane. I'll make some calls to some other companies and see what they say.

If you catch a tuna, it won't fit in a carry on. Maybe if you catch a couple of cod or stripers it will. We travel to the Virgin Islands and while we have not done it ourselves, other travellers have mentioned they have brought along meats and fish and use a Polar Bear cooler and TechnoIce (sp). They all say to hard freeze the food in a subzero and then pack it. It is a gel pack ice. Some have said there have been issues as some screeners considered it a liquid so checking it might be a better plan. Good luck!
