Hi there -

We're moving (short notice) to the Boulder area, and I'm trying to find family friendly (2 kids and 1 dog) places for rent in Boulder/Louisville/la area (as small as a 2bed/1bath rent under 1800). We will likely stay 1 year + in the rental before buying so we want a place w/o a ton of student partying and (wish list) in the area of an elementary school.

Any suggestions? I have searched 'housing helpers' and craigslist but most mention 'student friendly' rentals or 'close to CU.'

Thanks!

Try Colo Property as it also does rentals. It shows some rentals in Longmont but none in Louisville.

Then there's realtor.com or rent.com or rentals.com and see what you can find.

There are many rentals in Louisville/Lafayette/Superior that would meet your criteria. The way to find rentals these days is apparently craigslist. There are not a lot of students living in the above cities.
