Exactly. I know people who've run in it and smoke - now it might not be cigarettes they smoke, but they do smoke. I'll leave it at that.

Yeah, probably smoking pot. People think that it's "natural" and therefore harmless. Problem is, marijuana also has carcinigeons, like tobacco.
True, someone doesn't smoke a pack of joints a day. BUT, they hold
it in the lungs much longer. Do this long enough, and you still could be looking at lung cancer. How about, just take care of you body?
It's the only one you've got.

People smoke in resteraunts? I didn't even know you could smoke within 50 feet of a public building. Maybe that is just where I live. Sure does make the food smell and taste much better without having smoke around. LOL

Not unless you're smoking a joint - that's OK. Many people here in California are going out of their way to give people the right to smoke marijuana.

I still think back where I grew up in Indiana, there are restaurants that still have that smoking/non-smoking section fallacy, as if the smoke somehow magically stays in one area and out of the other.

I smoke after yoga class sometimes. Is that wrong? But I think I'm typical Boulder. Actions and words don't always match.

it's not the smoking that bothers me, but the complete ignorance and disregard by many smokers for the rest of us when they flick their butts onto the sidewalk, the grass, out the car window into the street, or smoke in non-designated areas at places of work, dining, etc.

it's hard to resist going Postal on somebody when I see that kind of crap...
