Greetings Boulder!

We are visiting Boulder this weekend - have a troubled nephew who is staying there right now.

We'd love some suggestions on the following:

1) Any good resources to find Estate sales this weekend?

2) What are some nice Movie Theaters in Boulder? Are there any that let you reserve your seats?

3) Best burgers?

4) Other great restaurants that are considered "can't miss"?

5) Great bars or nightlife?

6) What other can't miss things are there in Boulder? We'd love to see it from the "locals" perspective, not necessarily from a "tourist" angle.

Sorry to be so vague - the city-data.com community has never led us wrong, so if you have any quick thoughts you don't mind offering, we'd love to hear them. Thanks!

1) Don't know I'm afraid - maybe try dailycamera.com?
2) The Century cinema at the 29th Street Mall. It's new with stadium seating, very comfortable chairs and lots of screens. If you go to the first showing of the day, it's $6.25.
3) Don't know
4) This is always a controversial topic, but I would try The Corner Bar at the Boulderado hotel or the Walnut St Brewery or Laudisio's near the cinema
5) Don't know
6) If the Farmer's Market is still open and you can get there by 9am tomorrow morning, check it out. Maybe have breakfast at the Dushanbe Teahouse or Lucille's on 14th (?). Explore Pearl Street - good for people watching. University Hill is also fascinating for the "wildllife" . Take a walk along the Boulder Creek west as far as you can.

Estate Sales: Pick up a copy of "The Fence Post", which is the weekly publication that dominates the advertising for auctions in the Front Range region. You can check them out on-line, or find a print copy at farm/ranch stores/hardware stores. FWIW, if you're into funky hardware stores, a visit to McGuckin's in Boulder may be worth your while, too.
