You must be pretty bored to seek out an old thread and respond to a post that is a year and a half old! (smh)

And you must be back to defend your city, because as everyone knows Boulder is perfect and everyone who lives in Boulder is perfect and all of your posts are perfect. Not everyone likes Boulder, and you are going to have to find a way to deal with it. I knew a lot of people that disliked Boulder while living there.

As I mentioned in my previous post there are people like you that bash everyone that doesn't think your precious Boulder is too cool for school. You must be drinking a lot of the Boulder Kool Aid. Don't you understand that everyone is entitled to their opinion without people like you having to defend your love of Boulder? I am entitled to dislike Boulder as much as I want to. This is a forum for everyone to express their opinions, mine based on my personal experience. It's strange that you would discount someone's experience. We are all different, but you must be too young to understand that.

I couldn't stand Boulder when I lived there and now that I am living in a place that I love, I dislike Boulder even more. Also, you seem pretty nasty, which is probably why you fit in so well.

Whoa... where did that come from? And you say I'm nasty? That's rich.

There are people that don't like Boulder. Get over it. Someone wanted to know the real deal on Boulder. I gave my opinion based on my experiences. Every time I post something that I feel about Boulder you are saying I'm bashing your perfect city. Unless you are the personal ambassador to Boulder you don't really have to defend your city. I'm not the only one that doesn't like Boulder by the way. You have always made it personal. "I'm bashing Boulder." No, I'm simply giving my experience. There are too many people giving information that I don't agree with. If you didn't make things personal I wouldn't have said what I did. You have a habit of being a bit nasty, looking at some of your older posts, and if I could give you a bit of advice, try and be nicer. You will make more friends that way. By the way, I'm not bored. That wasn't a nice thing to say.

Thanks for the tip. We'll try harder to be friendly and nice, fair and informative.

Clearly we should all aspire to your stunning 415 reputation points after being a contributing member for nearly 7 years.

Boulder is a cool town, great restaurants, shopping, scenic, plenty of trails and outdoor activities. However, I have lived in 2 different areas of CO and work in Boulder, I will say that Boulder is by far the least friendly. The other areas were scary friendly. Not saying Boulder doesn't have nice ppl or everyone sucks, just a comparison. My other gripe is the COL. Its just stupid and I can say most ppl that work really good white collar jobs don't live there. Not too many ppl want to buy a small 60's dump for 600k. The town isn't worth the price tag IMO. I am happy to work there, I live close enough to visit on the weekends for dinner, but my house would be over 800k in Boulder. I cant justify that.
