Hello all,
I am new to this forum and apologize if I am posting in the wrong area. I am helping family with their house search in the Boulder greater area. It appears the homes they like in terms of good location, quality and price are snatched up quickly and they would like an agent who will be on the look out for them and also experienced in negotiating price, soil conditions (and structural engineer recommendations to check the home-from posts on the board that has been advised), community, all the things a new homeowner would want to know about in an unfamiliar area.
Can anyone PM me recommendations of reputable real estate agents/buyer's agents in the area that they have had experience with? The work is in Broomfield and would like to keep the commute to under 20-30 minutes; school systems are a top consideration as well.
