Inventory in Prospect is really low right now. Does anyone know if they are still building new homes there?

If you go to their web site and click on the lots tab under for sale you will see the lots available. You can contact them about the builders.

There are currently 8 residential properties on the market, 2 of which are under contract and 3 condos on the market.
There may be some which were recently once on the market but for one reason or another, were taken off... that may be a route too to explore.

The last two houses in our neighborhood sold before they officially hit the market. Just an FYI regarding what the situation is here.
