Boulder, Colorado or
Nederland, Colorado , we hope you can join us today at 4:30 p.m. as we prepare to completely reopen State Highway 119 through Boulder Canyon! We will be at the mouth of the canyon at the soon-to-be former checkpoint at MM 40.7 (near Arapahoe) to celebrate with all of you and thank you for your patience and understanding as our crews worked 24/7 to repair the highway.

Indeed it is. Cars have been lined up at Barker to follow the Mayor down for the ceremony.
