Hello....looking for short term July affordable rental near Pearl St. Anyone have any advice or thoughts it would be greatly appreciated! Thank you

Check Craigslist and Housing Helpers. But affordable + "near Pearl Street" does not exist.

The only saving grace for this requirement might be that with the university on summer break there may be some short term space available.

I'd suggest putting a Housing Wanted ad on Craigslist stating your situation and explaining what a swell guy you are.
