My family and I are currently considering a move to the Boulder/Denver area from Houston. We have never been to CO, nor do we have any family there. We are looking for an area that is good for children and also affordable. We have researched the Longmont area somewhat. Any thoughts on that area? If anyone can recommend specific neighborhoods I would greatly appreciate it as well.

My family and I moved to Louisville a couple of years ago from New Orleans. We just love it here. We used a great realtor and we are still great friends with her.
