My family and I are currently considering a move to the Boulder/Denver area from Houston. We have never been to CO, nor do we have any family there. We are looking for an area that is good for children and also affordable. We have researched the Longmont area somewhat. Any thoughts on that area? If anyone can recommend specific neighborhoods I would greatly appreciate it as well.

If you know of a great realtor to recommend, it would be great.

Thanks in advance!

My family and I moved to Louisville a couple of years ago from New Orleans. We just love it here. We used a great realtor and we are still great friends with her. I don't know if we can post commercial stuff on this site so I will pm you with her info. Just click on your profile and you should find it.

Where will you be working? Why Longmont? It's a little far from Denver for day to day commuting.
