My husband is thinking about relocating us to Colorado because he grew up there and says "it's a good place to raise kids". I sure am getting lots of useful info about what kind of place it is. Thanks! Not sure if I want to jump out of the frying pan and into the fire just yet...

People who call Boulder their hometown, people like me who were born there, and remeber when homes were affordable, traffic was light, you knew every person participating in kinetics, the race wen through town, an open door meant come in there's a party here, we didn't ride our bikes, we took the 35 cent bus, the only out-of-towners were students and tourists, and they were just passing through, will pretty much resent you and everything that you stand for. But we are very nice, tolerant, and welcoming of all types of people, ideaoligies, and facets of life, so you'll probablly get a good impression from the people that you meet (none of whom will actually be from Boulder).
