Just wondering if anyone is familiar with Meadow Creek Apartments in Boulder? The website makes the apts look nice and attractive but I just want to know from people who have lived there if they really are nice. I currently live in IL and I'm thinking about filling out an online application before I even have a chance to go see the place in person, so feedback would be greatly appreciated!!!

Hi! If you've not done so already, you might want to check out ApartmentRatings.com. I've used this site before and it is pretty helpful when it comes to getting other renters' opinions on a place. It's also likely to give you "bigger picture" view than this forum since it specializes in collecting ratings. That said, I'm sure if anybody on this board has experience with Meadow Creek, they'll chime in.

Be aware that the area that Meadow Creek is in is about 8 - 10 miles from downtown Boulder. I used to live in another apartment complex in that area. It's a nice, quiet part of town which suited me because I have small kids, but if you're looking to be right in the middle of everything you might feel a little displaced from the city living there. Personally, I didn't think it was too far from town but I have friends who live in Boulder proper who thought we were 'so far away' It can be a bit of a chore if you want to hang out at the bars on Pearl St. because you'll either have to bus it or cab back home.
