I don't blame him. Just because he's not using steriods, he now knows that other boxers will stoop to that level and have no conscience.
Rios is using the same trainer as Marquez, Heredia, who testified that he was a steriod dealer and a snitch.
Heredia also stated that he has created over 20 undetectable steriods, and he works for USADA. This is a huge conflict of interest. If Pacquaio wants to make sure Rios is clean, he needs to use VADA testing.
USADA is a joke. Lance Armstrong proved that.
This is where you have to give Floyd credit. While I don't believe Pacquaio was ever on steriods, he was a natural, god given tallent, Floyd knew that some people who weren't on their level, would do whatever it takes to get there.
You can argue who's the greatest fighter of the decade, but Floyd shining a light on PED testing is a great thing. I didn't think boxers would use steriods, but I beggining to find out I'm naive.
Anyway, good on Pacquaio for finally seeing the light, and that guys like Marquez who drank his own ****, would do anything to win.
