I read an article that said it shouldn't be KO of the year because Yorgey should have already been saved. Enough people will have that opinion, but I still think it was an awesome KO. I bet you that The Ring will call Abraham's super-six KO the KO of the Year. Though I'm a fan of Valero's KO of Pitalua even though he got up, and also a fan of the Rigondeaux KOs. But those are far more skillful KOs and not as camera friendly. Also liked Tua's KO of Cameron.

They left off a few that I think could have made the cut:

Glen Johnson over Roy Jones

Sugar Ray Robinson over Rocky Graziano

Pacquiao vs Hatton

Robinson vs. Fullmer

Liston vs Patterson 2X

Foreman vs. Moorer

Any KO by Tyson

Hearns vs Duran

Just to name a few.

My favs from the vid:

Jack Johnson picking Stanley Ketchel's teeth out of his glove after the KO

Razor Ruddock's hybrid left hook/uppercut that KO'd Mike Dokes

Julian Jackson's KO over Mike Watson, although I liked JJ's ko of Terry Norris better.

Louis' KO over Schmeling. Look how short the last right hand from Louis is. Textbook.

Foreman-Frasier. That takes a lot of heart for Frasier to keep getting up in the face of that onslaught. If it was me I would have been calling for a cab back to the hotel after the first knockdown

Jack Dempsey-Jess Willard: Jeez! That was back in the days when you had to be darn-near dead for the ref to stop the fight.

YouTube - Hasim Rahman KO Lennox Lewis

Rahman exposing Lennox Lewis's glass jaw is a top KO IMO.
