I think Pacman would win the fight but not by knockout because Mayweather tucks his chin. Plus, he does not stand face to face but rather presents a side view to his opponent. Those type of boxers are extremly hard to punch clean. Matter of fact, I can't remember a boxer who got a clean punch on him.
Yeah, I don't see Manny knocking Floyd out either. Floyd has excellent defensive skills and he is very hard to hit clean. He's quick and very good at rolling with a punch or ducking away. I will say this, Manny will need to thoroughly dominate him in order to get the decision. Guys like Castillo and De La Hoya were on the losing end of decisions that should have gone in their favor. If Manny is going to knock him down or out it will have to be a shot to the temple or a flash uppercut to the chin. I doubt he knocks him out though. He's also going to have to chase Floyd around the ring while Floyd relies on counter punching and rollerskating.
