After two days of talks, including a nine hour mediation on Tuesday in California, BoxingScene.com was advised that retired federal judge Daniel Weinstein wasn’t able to convince the camp of Floyd Mayweather Jr to accept an offer by Manny Pacquiao to reduce his willingness to take random blood tests from 30-days to 24-days before the fight and as a result the fight is off.

Why doesn't mayweather just go and fight little guys instead? he's scared of boxers who give him problems.

For once I have to agree with you on the PBF/Manny debacle. If Manny has nothing to hide and he's totally clean he should take the test and be done with it. This really raises some legitimate suspicions.
Its obvious that Mayweather was too afraid to step into the ring with Pacquiao. Having that been said, both sides share the blame for this fight not happening.
This is the first fight I've really looked forward to in years. It's too bad, I remember when major fights were an event almost on par with the Superbowl.
