We are in the process of buying a short sale it has a bank approved price but we just found out the title company is preparing the short sale and they get everything ready and then they send it to the bank! What I'm wondering is this normal ?

Most of the Title companies have stopped this practice but some still continue to do it. Some realtors use an attorney for the same purpose. In the short sale game, the rules are always changing daily !!
