Don't know a whole lot about the area, but a woman I work with lives on the golf course there and she seems to love it. and you will see every town in Brevard has issues with crime, not just Palm Bay. I think it's blown out of proportion, just like another poster said. Hubby just arrived a week ago, and he spoke to a local police officer, who assured him our neighborhood is safe (NW section of Palm Bay). Check with local property managers when it comes to rentals, that's how we found ours.
