I am looking at beachfront condos in Melbourne Beach. I used to live there and am retiring soon and want to buy there. Does anyone know anything about The Ocean Club or The Stirling condos.

Default Beachfront condos in Melbourne Beach

Easternnshore,

Both are very nice locations, similar age buildings. Units in Sterling House are larger and therefore a little more expensive. Also, Sterling House is about 5-6 miles further south.

Please let me know if I can be of any assistance in your relocation!!!

Since you are retiring ... and don't need to commute to town daily; ... and probably aren't worried about schools nearby; And, since you've already selected two nice condos (both with 1200-1400 sf units) on the beach, the question is unclear. If you want to find out about the HOA's or neighbors, why not check the Brevard tax Appraiser records for the specific names/addresses of folks in the building and make a few phone calls or send a letter.

Does anyone know anything about what the HOA fees in Aquarina properties are so high? Wonder about their finances - reserves, etc. I know the golf course was closed for awhile.
