Any thoughts/opinions on Viera East Golf community? I'm approaching middle-age, going to be retiring early (soon), and like the idea of the all-inclusive community. Supposedly, it's not age-restricted but would I actually be out of place there? In other words, does this community discourage folks in my circumstance residing there? I like a slightly older crowd as long as they'll have me! Note: I come with a wife of similar age and a book-worm daughter that will be in high school and then off to college.

Default Viera East Golf Housing/Community

If what you mean by "all-inclusive community", is one that has a pool, does lawn maintenance... there are several in the Viera and Suntree areas, in addition to Viera East, zoned for Viera High which is an excellent school. To name a few, Misty Creek, Sawgrass at Suntree, Mission Lake Villas, Country Walk, Isles at Baytree... None of these are age-restricted (55+). I'd suggest driving around the communities, talking to neighbors, to get a feel for the community. They are all very nice, beautiful, well-kept communities.

Please let me know if I can be of any assistance in your househunting!
