I'd stay beachside and look on the beach first - can usually get good price on Crown Plaza, Hilton, and
Doubletree using Expedia, hotwire etc. . Check out homes in Satellite Beach, Indian Harbor, Indialantic, Cocoa Beach.
If you want to stay in Palm Bay, can't go wrong with Comfort Suites or Holiday Inn Express.

I don't remember seeing a budget as to price of house but check out Lake Washington area homes, Suntree, and Viera in N. Melbourne.

In Palm Bay check out Bayside Lakes area, Lockmar area( older homes but well kept) and homes South off Babcock. There are some homes on 1 acre lots in Port Malabar School area, but not sure if any for sale-it is a small neighborhood but they have city water and sewer.

Homes off Grant Road and Valkaria Road just East of town are nice and in many area allowed to have horses.

I would give you our Realtor's name but she is traveling for a few month. s She works for National. To see PB homes I would call the office in PB, though.

Yes, it's great, although I wish the print was larger and pics bigger, but I like how it lists all the HOA and taxes, it gives you a great idea of how much your payments will be per month.

You can make the font size larger on your computer. i have windows vista and the are 3 bold horizontal lines in the upper right corner. Click on them and you will see where you can make the page larger, I use 150% so I can see the pics better. If you have found a listing on MLS just put the address in say Trulia and they will have the same pics but they are much larger than the listing ones.

Your title pretty much says it. Look in Melbourne--plenty of houses under $200k in better areas.
