Hey everyone,

I recently accepted a new position down in Cape Canaveral and have been here for about a month. I moved down from New Jersey and am trying to find a good spot to live. I'm in my mid 20's, outgoing and looking for an area / condo complex with a similar age group. So far I've been looking mostly in the Cape/Merritt Island/Cocoa Beach and even as far as Alfaya (which seems a little more lively) but am open to other options. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

You should find out and let me know, I am in my early 20's and accepted a job there too. There has to be an area with a young, professional crowd somewhere there.

@rumbarb It doesn't seem like it! Sunset Bay condo complex in Merritt Island and 3 Fountains in Viera seem to have more of a young professional make up, but the area doesn't seem to have much community aspect. Cape Canaveral & Cocoa Beach has a few younger people floating around but not many. They do attract people on the weekends, but again, not much of a community outside of weekend visitors coming for the beach. These have been my observations after about a month down here.

Where are you moving from?
