I am exploring the area and found Windover Farms with these nice big lots, some an acre. Homes seem to average 250- 300K. What am I missing? Are they zoned for poor schools?

Thanks!

It just seems inexpensive for having big lots and good size homes. It must be "less desireable" than other areas like Viera for some reason?

Well, its not as new as West Viera is (The community not the homes), its also not as hyped as Viera despite being close, i wouldn't let this put you off, its a very nice place, all of that area is.

It is more expensive than the majority of north Melbourne which is overall the nicest part the city.

I would move there, it reminds me of Grant-Valkaria actually which is another nice but way more affordable area.

There are 2 Windover Farms in Brevard County, one in Melbourne and one in Titusville. Which one are you looking at?
