I'm looking for is a good source for finding a home to rent if we decide to take our time a bit more with finding a home to purchase. Areas we'd be interested in are Suntree/Viera and beachside between/including Satellite Beach and Melbourne Beach. Looking for single-family, but a fairly spacious condo could work if it's kid-friendly with a pool. Clean and safe are more important than fancy. Any suggestions???

I just had a nice one with pool on a canal that just rented today in a Merrit Island. I have a good rental agent if you want to DM me, I will send his contact info.

The MLS has rentals....Home Page

Click on the public button. Fill in Melbourne . Click on rental in property type. Then price.

Thank you, both. I've been using the MLS to search for homes for sale, but my eyes somehow failed to see the plain-as-day word "Rental" right there on the drop-down list.
