Yep, thank you. And please, please turn your headlights on, slow down, and avoid hitting large puddles at speed when it's raining.

Maybe we can talk about left lane Slowpokes while we're at it....

Reminder: Left lane is for passing only - Story | FOX 13 Tampa Bay

It's illegal to impede the flow of traffic in Florida even if you are doing the speed limit in the left lane

Great articles. Never knew it was a law but glad to see them.

in most states you can only have them on under a certain MPH or be stopped, you cant go down the road at 65mph with them on.

Most people don't, wish this was more widely advertised. This is how it works on the autobahn.

Just moved here from Maryland where you travel 5 to 10mph over and don't get stopped and they don't hide, however, I'm told by friends down here that they hide and use tricks and will stop you going just a few mph over if they feel like it.
Is it really true here in Brevard? I'm really getting scared to drive.

It depends on where you are. If on city streets, keep it 5 over or less (like 39 in a 35, etc.), and you're probably ok. On the 95, keep it less than 10 over (78 in a 70) and again, you're probably ok. The situations depend on conditions, and what kind of day a cop is having. Don't be doing 80 in a 70 on the 95 in a downpour. Common sense applies.

The stretch of 95 north of viera to fiske gets ridiculous. I go 80-85 and people blow past me at 90-95+ Brevard has speed demons on I-95
