Hi everyone, we're meeting some friends near Cocoa Beach in the afternoon this weekend, and we're trying to find a nice quiet place to talk. Inside dining, not outside. A place like Panera Bread, but a bit classier, where we don't feel pressured to order anything. We may just have coffee or tea, or a cocktail, and maybe a snack later. Any ideas? Thanks!

Either Surfinista or Juice and Java would work. Surfinista has many hidden nooks with sofas and padded chairs and you are welcome to sit all day. It's the kind of place you'd expect to find in a college town. Both are at the corner of southbound A1A and north 1st St. downtown.
