Oh, that area is out by the new Palm Bay exit on 95. so pretty far South and might mean a longer commute time to get to most jobs. Since my husband is still recovering we have not even used the new exit. to see the progress. This is the first I have heard about it being rentals down there. Going to be a crowded area eventually with a couple thousand homes planned if they figured out how to compensate for the wetlands being destroyed out there. They even were talking about moving city hall down that way. Have not heard much about it lately, though.

But that can happen anywhere. My sister lives in a small farm town in Illinois with less than 5000 people and the cops just raided one of her neighbors houses. Actually the drug of choice there seems to be heroine though. My nephew is a law officer up there and it is a real problem.

You are correct! Every day here in Roanoke, Virginia and surrounding areas, we have a drug bust. Lol, we even had 3 from Florida renting a short-term rental house. Neighbors saw nothing unusual until the drug bust team arrived. And this is a "nice" area!
