Where do you think there is more opportunity to purchase a nice home for under 150,000 and to also find employment as an RN. Looking to relocate from upstate, NY in the summer. We like the Port St John area in Brevard County and the Sebring area in Highlands county. We are 40 and 41 yrs old and not retiring anytime soon. Any information about colleges in these areas is also welcomed. Thanks !!!!!

I am selling my house in Palm Bay, FL (zipcode 32909) for $120,000.00 or obo. It's built in 11/2006 by Holiday builder . 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, extended garage, 1800+ sqf. Still smell new because I hardly stay in the house.

Email to me if you have any questions. Thanks

I like Sebring better myself. A lot of retirees, but for some reason, they are nice and a different breed from the crabby retirees that usually end up in South FL.
