Still cannot figure out where this place is. At that location there is the gas station/store little strip mall on the south west corner, the old Walmart store and parking lot on the northwest side , North east side is empty lot, and south east side is the high school. All I ever see is a sales office when I put in the name on searches. Is it located in the little shopping center?

The Bridgewater apartments are behind the strip mall. Behind the Walmart is Windover Health Club apartments. I can't remember condos going up but it is possible a road was built behind the old Walmart building for them. I go by there all the time. Guess I will have to look closer next time I go down Eber.

The phone book lists The Villages of Melbourne at 3502 D' Avinci Ave, but I can't even pull up a map on mapquest for that address. All I can find on google is the location of the sales center and it shows it just South of Sea Pines on Babcock Street. So the Villages of Melbourne are still a mystery to me and I live here.

If they are behind the Walmart building you will get the noise of the crowd and bands on Friday nights from end of August until Christmas for the football games( usually make it beyond regular season <g>) otherwise I see no reason to not move there. I think it is far enough down Eber to not be bothered by regular comings and goings at the school. Cars have to be parked in the school lots for games-they get towed if parked in the old Walmart lot.
