Palm Bay is not known like West Palm Beach. I was curious how you heard about Palm Bay
are you looking to rent or purchase?
-Palm Bay is a pretty safe area.

Hi,

thanks for your answers.
At the moment we are first looking for rent a house (single family).

And yes, Melbourne is an option, but we thougt palm bay is very close to Melbourne.

Could you say me which aera in palm bay is very pretty? SW or SE? NW or NE?
I don´t have an idea.

My husband spend a few days in february in Melbourne, and he told me palm bay is ok, but it is so big, so my question!

And do you know a good elemantary school?

And how it is there to find a job, because I want to work too! May be in a hotel or something like this where someone search for bilingual, because I speak english and german too.

I am sorry to ask so much, but I want to be sure, that we find the right place for us and specially for our kids

Many greetings from rainy germany

Anja

I would go to Suntree or Viera. Much nicer neighborhoods with sidewalks, shopping, a zoo, good schools. Also it is close to the court house where you might be able to get a job translating

Default Neighborhoods

If you have to move to Palm Bay, and I am so sorry that you do!, then I would move to the SE or SW sections only. Both the NE and NW have very high crimes rates. However, the SE and SW sections have very poor roads, barely adequate schools, and terrible traffic. Do yourself a favor and move to Melbourne or Sebastian.
