I keep googling maps, and can't seem to find a simple answer... are there specific areas of Palm Bay that are flood zones and therefore require higher insurance?

This is the one the city utilities; but because the city is mostly built on marshy land, roads flood in a lot of areas not in the flood plain.

If you notice homes are built on fill brought in to make small hills and the drainage systems in Palm Bay are deep ditches that drain into canals that eventually drain into the Indian River etc.
