I was wondering, is the Schiller Park neighborhood a rough neighborhood or is it a mixed bag? It seems like a working class neighborhood that has some OK to good and steady streets. Actually, it looks like the homes on Academy Road are pretty nice.

I'd say spotty/mixed-bag/starter neighborhood. The closer to Bailey the rougher it is.

2 shootings in Shiller Park this weekend & a 3rd only a few blocks down Devalan. You couldn't give me a house & then pay me to live anywhere near Bailey.
