I am 22 years old and a recent college graduate. I may be going to work in Buffalo, so I was trying to research the various neighborhoods. What is a good neighborhood for people around my age, preferably in the actual city of Buffalo?

Thanks

Really depends on what your interests are & what you are looking for in a neighborhood. Elmwood is an area that is popular with a lot of 20 somethings but I guess it really depends on what your scene is.

I guess that I should clarify. I don't have one particular scene. I guess just a young neighborhood in the city, that's relatively safe, with a selection of bars, nightclubs, and restaurants. I am coming from NYC-area so I may be a little spoiled in my criteria. Thanks

In that case I think you might like Elmwood.

I live in Allentown, near Elmwood. Few blocks from downtown. It is a pretty safe place. I walk along the street at night and it is enjoyable. Bars/clubs have good crowds. There is always something going on along Elmwood.
