Okay - does it exist? I am not talking pretentious esoteric CIA knucklehead from Manhattan opens chi chi joint on Elmwood type bread, not talking two chicks with tattoos making gooey duncan hines cupcake crap, or a sweating DDD big guy making soggy white submarine rolls, or heavy Jewish Deli rye, or bocce pizza dough..I am talking GREAT Tuscan type peasant breads with a crust to die for and a chewy flavorful dough. And it ain't Grandpa's Italian on Niagara St. either (although that one isn't bad!)

Also...What is Buffalo missing on the culinary front that you'd like to see?
