All I can say is, lame, lame, lame!!
We had a little trouble finding the outer harbor first of all. When we got there we had to pay 5 dollars to park and the parking lady told us how great it was. You couldn't really see what it was from there. So we paid to park, and then 5 dollars a piece to get in. There are a few rides you have to pay for and some food to buy and maybe a few stands selling things and a few games. The band wasn't bad. The part I enjoyed most was sitting under a tent (all there was underneath were some chairs) and looking at the boats going in and out and the canadian geese on the water.
I could hear the fireworks just now and it wasn't very long either so, I have to say that was a complete waste of money. I've seen better free lawn fetes.

Isn't that the thing they are supposed to be developing? Because there is absolutely nothing there.

I was pleased to see that now there are some beaches open and a bike path, although I wouldn't vouch for the safety of swimming around the old steel plant.

I agree that the Fest itself was nothing great but the fireworks lasted almost 40 minutes & were better than some 4th of July shows Ive seen.
